Today’s mail brought a much needed confirmation letter. We are moving to Spokane. Andy has been officially accepted to the master’s in teaching program at whitworth. His masters will be to teach art and history/social studies. We are very excited, I think more excited to know our fate than anything. The last few weeks have been full of anxious waiting.
It is a weird thought moving to Spokane. I swore I would never do it, yet here I am doing the exact thing. It’s not that I hate Spokane or anything. There’s just not much to do and we get bored there. I am sure we will get bored again, but this time we will be super busy with school, kids, work, etc. I hope that makes it more tolerable. I do know for sure there will be lots of times spent at Rockwood Bakery, Manito Park and the Elk. I pray it doesn’t involve too many nights at The Bigfoot.
Here’s to education classes, half the rent, moving trucks and being near family. Before all that we must complete 6 classes between the 2 of us, update resumes, find a new job(s) and secure renters. Yikes!

YAY! We are so excited…and yes, spokane is boring compared to seattle. but there are a few cool things…
i am actually a little jealous because of those rockwood and elk visits. tx just doesn’t get it when it comes to cool coffee shops and pubs.
hooray! i am seriously SO excited! neal’s parents are in town this weekend (another hooray:), but i will call you when they’re gone so we can talk!:)
