It is cold here but amazingly beautiful when the seemingly always present gray hue subsides and the sun comes out. Both our kids don’t know what to do when the sun is actually shining and usually end up just crying/complaining that it is “too bright!” and “eyes hurt!” Poor little Seattle kids.

That is so true about the sun…we used to say that all the time. Be encouraged that you can adapt back to life in the sun if you need to
you will forever need sunglasses more than the average person however.
