“O”

I haven’t really shown any videos or anectdotals on our kids.  here’s owen.  sorry about the baby talk. 

He is amazing. We are in baby heaven.  He is crawling at lighting pace, standing up for little blips.  He recently added solids to his diet after we got “talked to” by our substitute pediatrician.  I know.  Nearly 10 months might be a teensy late for starting food, but i don’t care.  I didn’t want him to seem older and he really wasn’t interested at first.  Boo.  My real pediatrician would never do that. I am feeling pretty overwhelmed by the idea of him turning 1 years old, it is just around the corner.  

He enjoys being chased.  He repeatedly tries to climb up the stairs despite our every attempt to intercede, and to make it worse he thinks it is hilarious when we get mad about it.   His favorite things are his blue ring, pulling his bib off and being picked up.  He talks is cute little yips and yells (see video).  He’s still a small tyke at a whopping 16lbs — but I make small kids.  He absolutely hates being changed in any fashion, diaper or clothing.  I should capture it on video. Super annoying.  Overall he has been one of the biggest joys of our lives.  Sometimes we look down and are totally shocked at how he got here, but mostly thankful.
